Shunters - BritishRail-Locomotives
08994 trundles along the Burry Port & Gwendraeth Valley line line on 1-11-93. The line was built on top of an old canal and so had sharp curves and low bridge clearence which required locos and stock to be built to a lower height than the std loading guage. The line closed in 1996 with the closure of the Cwm Mawr colliery loading pad. The line was then lifted by 2005.
